To take any of our courses, you will only need an internet connection and a microphone. During the 3 months of the course, there is no time limit. You will be able to log in to our platform whenever you want and for as long as you want. It is not necessary to log in every day, so you can manage your time as you wish. The only important thing to keep in mind is that you must complete your course within 3 months.

It is especially designed for Tourist Guides or for optimal performance in the hotel industry. This course is perfect for those looking for a job in a hotel, whether in reception, customer service or in administrative areas.
The main aspects of the tourist sector are included in the 16 units of the course: Making Reservations, Check-in, Services Provided, Hotel Rooms, Tour Guides, All-inclusive Options, Cruise Tours, Ecotourism, Couch Surfing/Traveling on a Budget, Tourist Dos and Don’ts, Business Traveling, Different Types of Vacation, Travel Plans, Cultural Awareness, Travel Problems, and Around the World.

On the course start date, you will receive by email the necessary information and instructions to access the platform. From that day you will have 3 months to complete the course. You can connect whenever you wish. There is no set schedule and the course is taken individually.
