About the course:

What is the FIRST?

It is an upper-intermediate level exam for English learners. It is the third level in the main suite of Cambridge exams, which assess general English knowledge from beginner to advanced. At this level, students should be able to work, study, or even manage as tourists in an English-speaking environment.

Like the other Cambridge exams, the FCE covers the main skills of any language: Reading, Writing, Listening, as well as the necessary grammar and vocabulary.

Every year, more than 250,000 people take it in over 100 countries.

Objectives:

The course includes 50 hours of training, with grammar lessons and explanations of speaking and writing to prepare for the five components of the exam: Reading, Writing, Listening, Use of English, and a demonstration showing how to take the Speaking test. Each of these components counts for 20% of the final grade.
